I’m not sure but I think if you click on follow you can get back to the messages
Once you've clicked on FOLLOW you're a member ("in").
You can write a post or reply to any post written in any group you follow.
If you click on the second symbol from the left across the top it will take you to the groups you've joined, just click on this one to see latest posts.
