At least my agoraphobia and social anxiety has come to some good use. I have been social distancing and self-isolating pretty much my entire adult life!

Well I'm glad somebody said it..... Finally those of us who just don't like to be out and about much anyways, and not being social butterfly's are the ones least affected by these quarantines....I am a homebody, I don't have the anxiety ....but also have no interest in social events anymore. I love plodding around in my own little world and doing my stuff, garden, painting, cooking, watch movies....so....good for you too... we are already adapted to all this, so for once we are ahead of the game.

Yes, finally- our "deficits" are skill sets!!! Power to the Homebodies. :)

Im watching the original "Karate Kid" and just realized Mr. Miyagi is the ultimate homebody!

I have agrorophobia but I really need to get out. I was in bed for 5 weeks with a bad chest infection prior to the lockdown. Strange how it affects us all differently
