Hi everyone! A newbie here. After making severall trips to the doctor's for symptoms I couldn't and still can't explain turning here after relaizing thre is more to all of that. One of the feelings I've had since social distancing is that the most severe impact of all this is on those who're suffering from mental health issues. With interactions with friends gone, going to bars and restaurants halted, people watching stopped, could you tell me how else are you socializing?

I’ve been using my phone a lot, more so than I already was, lol. I video chat with friends I can’t go out and see anymore, I talk to my mom on the phone, I text my support team if I feel like I need support. Sure, being isolated at home is awful. It’s driving me crazy too. But thanks to technology, we’re still able to stay in contact with our loved ones
coming on here hoping to support others and another website it beats housework any day.
Well I face time, text, make phone calls to family, and friends, been doing spring cleaning, coloring, reading. Oh a real god thing cleaning out, and throwing things really not needed out. My granddaughter and I ,when we face time we play games together..❤️Walk, walk, you see a lot of people doing the say thing, everyone says hello, and smiles which is different then the norm!
I've been calling people. In a time where so much communication is by text message hearing voices is a nice change. I sometimes send a text first to make sure they aren't busy. My husband and I have either talked to or seen our children pretty much every day. Last night my son stopped at a local restaurant that is one of our favorites and got take out. Then the family ate together. If there is a silver lining to all of this I hope it's people finding a way to reconnect.
