Hi. I'm new here. I suffer from anxiety. The last week or two it has been insane. I am especially anxious about the coronavirus. Last night I maybe slept one hour, scared I was going to get it and die. I have somatic symptoms, and they just won't go away. Any ideas for dealing anxiety/insomnia? Thanks!

Good morning Anxious_City As far as the Corona virus I limit watching the news or reading unnecessary information about it. I try to follow the advice given to protect myself. Insomnia is something I’ve struggled with as well. If you have access to YouTube there are sleep meditations videos they put me right to sleep also melatonin and CBD work for me. Hope this helps! This Forum is so helpful for what we are going through, as there are many here who suffer with anxiety and sleep issues....so we understand what you are going through. There is also a sleep forum called, Sleep Matters, that you might want to check out, as well. Everyone there has different types of sleep issues, so they get it.
