Is it normal to feel like I’m dying any advice my anxiety is worse at night

Anxiety does get worse at night as your mind and body become tired it seems like it’s easier for all the swirling thoughts to seem so much more overwhelming. When I am really struggling I try to point out one thing that is right for every one thing that might seem wrong. And I put in my headphones and listen to YouTube binaural beats(I prefer the ones without people voices). The strong musical beats really help tone down my thoughts.

I have got long term pleurisy and a chest infection with the current situation with covid-19. I do worry on a day to day basis

My anxiety used to get really bad at night too but what helps me sometimes is breathing exercises and just focusing on my breathing and relaxing. I also will distract myself from my thoughts by watching tv until I sleep or listening to music

I feel the same, I'm exhausted by bed time but I hate going to bed as I know I will wake in the night shaking and lots of muscle spasms.. I share your experience X

I have notified I also have muscle spasms I always feel there medical realated when in realitie it’s just my anxiety

I'm torn whether to continue on fluoxitine or not? I'm pretty sure it's helping my mood but increasing my anxiety? Heart palpitations, dizziness , just not sure which is the lesser of the two evils ?
