I wake up in fear each day at the moment. I tried a medication (Zoloft) that didn’t work. It’s been four months since a breakup and I’m still struggling on. Would love some words of encouragement!

You need a different medication then. There so many different ones and different doses too. Maybe some counselling too... I'm sorry you're suffering is it more depression or anxiety too? Take care !

I'm sorry you are going through this. I agree you could do with going back to see your GP for different Meds. I tried about 6 until I found a one which worked for me.

But remember no matter how hard things may be at the moment, you will get through it. You are stronger than you think
