How is your day going? Are you feeling happy? Sad? Angry? Better than yesterday, maybe? Whatever the case is, you can spill your guts here!

Definitely better than yesterday, chat with a few friends on here, listened to some music with them and my mood is so much better now, how about you

That's great, I'm so glad!! I'm doing great today, actually!

I'm not too bad today actually , I tried my regular breathing exercises and taking time out lately which eases the physical symptoms if anxiety which is an improvement in comparison to last week and I listen to my CD's and casettes and even watch some of my favourite TV programmes and focus on them for a change. I find having a distraction is a good motivator for me. I also get a lot of motivation from seeing the sun when it comes out which is very rare.😁 These are the things that help to keep me going and I try to think positive but can't do it 100% as this would be impossible. I do the best I can to try to push myself though and I take 30mg of escitalopram which is a fantastic help for OCD and relapse prevention and even depression.
