Alone in my depression -need support

New joiner- sufferer of on and off severe depression, I’m in the middle of a crisis and starting new meds.To get help. Presently feeling hopeless, out of control, and in total despair- hoping just to feel less alone. I’m Surrounded by loving family but am alone in my symptoms
