I don’t know what to do
I’m currently struggling through a particularly bad depressive episode, and I feel so alone. I tried to reach out to my boyfriend and he came over and gave me a hug, and then went back to playing video games. I’m currently in the bedroom crying and all I can hear is the clicking of his controller...
I just feel so alone. I feel like he doesn’t care and that I don’t matter. I can’t stop ruminating. I don’t know what to do.
Could you go to his room and maybe be honest to him about what's happening? Maybe if nothing works just being in the same place could help.

I have one friend who I talk to, but she’s currently struggling through her own mental health issues and isn’t available to help

Glad to hear you are feeling better! I think talking to your boyfriend and letting him know that you really need his support would be beneficial. Have you considered trying a new hobby? Sometimes getting out and doing things we enjoy can help us make new friends and it occupies our minds. Praying for you
