If you go to your profile (click on your name - I did ) or just click on your symbol on far right at top -

and scroll down to your previous post, click on the heading and then click on RcKitty 's name . Then scroll to the top & click on message .

The fact that you have mentioned Rckitty's name means they will get a notification.

Hope you're ok remember - some deep breaths . Also get a cup of water. Sit down and sip slowly.

No they won't as you have to use @ before the name and it then comes up in blue like this.

This is helpful as I have received notifications in the past, eg

" x has mentions you in . . . "

But - I have just discovered ( on another thread) that I have been mentioned and incorrectly described.

Sorry, ciley, but I don't understand this reply.

If you click on the blue name below it will take you straight to Rckitty's profile and list of posts. Then you can click on " message" to send a private message or click on any post you want to read.

If you click on the post in blue letters in hypercat54 's reply from last week it will take you straight to that post of RcKitty 's.
