Hi.
That must be very reassuring. 😊 congratulations on the good result.
Stopping worrying for us isn’t so easy.
But I tend to think about the wasted time I’ve spent being anxious around things and having days pass in an anxiety ridden fog..when after days of worrying I realise things are ok...I never get that time back, and it could have been better spent 😩
I do hope you can rejoice in the results in what the medics are telling you and find some peace in what they are telling you ..
Best wishes 🌹 x
Yea I agree Olivia40 it’s not easy I worry all the time over nothing really, it doesn’t get me no where
Thank you for taking the time to reply
Hope all is ok 😇
Hi
Yes we do worry it’s exhausting..
I try to remember one thing that is always true..and it helps

Hi bob my problem is caused by anxiety defenitly, I even cancelled my family holiday last year because I just couldn’t cope I was really bad, I’ve booked it for this year we fly in 12 weeksI just want to enjoy my holiday and be able to go without worrying
I will look into buying a book on Amazon, the cardiologist says do yoga and exercise as I don’t do none off them
Have you tried breathing techniques, that may help, you will find explanations on the web.
Sometimes heart burn after food may cause problems like chest pains, hop along to the Chemist they can give you something to help. Rennies may help to calm your tummy down. The cardio, follow His instructions although you can try sorting a grumbling tummy. Because of your Anxiety
