Do you hate absolutely everything in your life, is there anything that you care about?

I love my family. I want to grow in my career. I would like to live happily with my parents. But I can't get my ex out of my mind and that hurts the most.

It's great that you are able to name things you do cherish in your life. Remember that life doesn't stop in a moment. Life moves constantly and you are not stuck in your situation forever even if it feels like it might be forever this way, it won't.

I understand the desire to have a good and happy relationship with your parents. Parents are usually our first significant relationship in this world and it's a good thing that you want to make it work with them. I am sure they love you and have the same desire towards you.

When it comes to your ex, time will be your best ally. Eventually you'll think less and less about your ex until one day you won't at all. You'll grow out of her/him. You will find someone else that makes you happy and trust me you won't regret ending your ex relationship at the end. There's always potential for happiness else where even when you are in pain in the present. Pain comes and goes like any other emotions.

Take your time, you won't feel this way forever.
