Have you spoken to your Dr. about how you feel? There are some good med's out there that can help you. I know as I suffer with clinical depression/severe anxiety. I have a wonderful therapist, so I get to blow off steam. The med's I am on now are great, do not leave me doped or hung over, I get up happy and fresh, got thru my day and go to bed happy.
