To all my fellows with anxiety and depression:
Today will be okay. You will survive.
You are enough. Take a breath. Call someone if you need to talk. Give yourself a break. Go for a short walk, rain or shine!
Feed your body with healthy foods. My happy brain foods are pistachios, salmon, blueberries, grapes, avocado, spinach, and dark chocolate... especially the kind that has lavender or nuts.
If you need a laugh, look online for “funny short stories” I found a few that gave me a good giggle last night.
Tell yourself at least one reason why you love yourself. If you’re reading this right now you are truly amazing and resourceful! 💕💕
And when the day comes to an end accept it, for good and bad. Rest easy my friend because you did it!
