You know, the hardest part is always admitting there is an issue. I’m currently sitting on hold waiting for a councilor that my work pays for. I can’t imagine many people will sit and wait on the phone for long for someone to respond. I can’t imagine their lives being any less stressed than my own with what they do. I just hung up cause I got tired of waiting myself. This is why it’s hard to find help, cause for me, I have no patience in myself to wait. I feel like I need an outline of what to do, and steps. Then I could help myself somehow.
