I feel so sad when I read about the despair and pain, and I realise that others are worse off than me. But when the Terror strikes I go out for fast walk whatever the weather.
I have never taken meds. But now thinking about it.

We all think sufferings of others are worse than our own. We don't value ourselves enough, we are critical of ourselves, we take ourselves for granted. The first thing and the important too is, to love yourself. it is only when one learns to love himself that he starts taking care of his health. No medicines or therapies work when you dismiss your suffering as not worth complaining; if you aren't feeling good about yourself, your mind is telling you to address it and work on it.
Never self medicate.
Never compare your stuff with others....yours is equally important and validated. You matter...and you suffer the same.
