Hi how is everyone doing today? I had a question does anyone else feel super Hormonal when on or before there period. I already deal with anxiety and depression. My time of the month makes it worse and so hard to deal. I want to go hide and not see anyone for a week. I find myself getting so worked up more then normal. I feel like I’m going to have a heartache. Extreme anxiety. Do any of you ladies experience? What do you do to cope during this time? 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hey! I get this sometimes too, I usually just watch films and things that make me happy, to try to focus on the positivity. It's hard, but because I've been doing that for a while it's starting to get easier to do. I hope you find something that works for you and helps you feel better ❤️

OH MY GOSH YES!! This is me every single month! The anxiety makes your period a million times worse and its awful. Like the hormones ramp it up or something!

It's all about the hormone shift. Exercise and eating healthy is important.

Have you talked to your Dr about it. It is normal for some. Mayb they can suggest something.

YES, I went thru hell every month for decades, brought on depression and irritability with me,plus fluid retention, which I understand puts pressure on the brain, which will make matters worse. I joined a PMS group, which was very helpful, we used primrose oil, and fluid retention pills, cannot remember what else. Try going on line and looking up PMS (Pre Menstrual Tension). That should be of help. Now I am thru the menopause and symptom free and I love it. Oh, and also I went on some natural hormones that were made for my body. Do Not go on Premarin that is short for Pregnant Mares Urine, it is cruel the way they treat those horses. Be careful about who you choose for a Gynecologist, I prefer women to men.

I hope this is of help to you, a former sufferer, I send you love/hugs....Sprinkle 1...

I get hypersentive emotionally aswell as all my senses .. so il hear more , smell more and also everything seems more big.... if u know what i mean??

i blow up over anything and i cry over anything...

Then the period starts and i have endo so then im just in pain.....

And lethargic and want to go to bed and sleep... i get night terrors and pee alot through night so then i start getting lack Of sleep problems.

Then it done for two weeks and start all over again👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼!!!( me being sarcastic)

I have been put on mini pill coz it was so bad and i got to admit i was bearable this month and im hoping slowly il just stop having them lol.

I nearly killed my friend once when she told me “ oh ur not looking ur best today are u ok”?

I said “ no im on and feel pretty rough”

To which she replied “ oh im sorry, ive never suffered, i hardly know im on mine”

🔪🔪🔪🔪🔪.

Anyway... aswell as pill ive also taken transexamic acid this month which helped but i have started doin yoga and that has really helped .. just with calming me, sleep and pain... meditating
