Is that a reggie rocket profile pic. That's kickass. I agree with that quote but sometimes anxiety can be a sign of disease or disorder in the body so it may not just be a result of a belief but a lot of the times it can be.

Yes! I loved that show when I was younger lol. Oh yeah I def agree, I know sometimes it can be a symptom of hyperthyroidism, etc. But it usually tends to be the latter. That guy I shared with the quote, he speaks of it coming from a panic disorder/ hypersensitivity view, as he recovered him self, and I myself in the process. So he’s more so talking about the entrapment of the fear cycle with anxiety that keeps you stuck in the disorder

I watch that too. Ha ha and the anxiety guy. I’ve probably seen so many and then there a girl I watch too but I ant remember her name right now.
