Have anyone done imagine yourself in unreal scenario just to feel better by laying on bed afterward not wanting to do things that one is suppose to do and then feeling guilt about whole but next day do exactly the same again.....apparently if not then that makes me unique but if some have done same in past plz give advice to break of this loop.

I have done this as long as I can remember. It's a way of working out different situations , and possibilities in life . A way of controlling things you can't control in reality. I get the impression you think this is wrong in some way. It is only wrong if you bring something wrong to it. Your character and morals probably shouldn't change. It's a free time activity not an instead of real time one.Yes, I do know what you are referring to. Pam
I am in a rut of doing that pretty much every night unless something forces me up like my obligation toward family members or the threat of missing something important that will cause more problems. I know I need to force myself to do some exercise or something I will feel good about, but it is so hard when I don't want to move!
