Past few days I have found myself being extremely paranoid, especially in the morning and at time. I've also been having dissociation the past few days as well. Im thinking it's because im really stressed lately from school, work, life etc. I've also been going to bed late. Could that all factor into how im feeling?

You are not alone. People react to stress differently and what you’ve described sounds stressful. Our bodies will find a way to react in order to deal with / process the stress. Taking time for oneself and self care is so important. Maybe try to Unplug from the world for five minutes (social media, texting, etc) and do some deep breathing exercises or a guided meditation.
Your message reminded me that need to do this for myself as I had a very stressful weekend. Peace and supportive hugs to you!
