Feeling overwhelmed about everything today cant stop crying. Felt like i was suffocating a few munites ago. Dont know how to deal with this issue. Feels like im going craxy
Theres nothingni can pin point. Hate my job my personal life is perfect nothing to complain about t except my kids are a hand ful. Tired emotional and just feel like i cant cope at the moment
