My so called boyfriend or as he has repeatedly told me over the past 4 years we are friends first and he has said he loves me but is not in love with me. He’s a really great guy but is so busy with work and recently I only see him once a week. We do talk on the phone several times a day. I know he loves me but I need more. I’m so afraid to be alone. I’m 55 and don’t really want to meet someone else online. I’m retired and have way too much time on my hands. I’m so confused as I love this guy.
Today is going to be a beautiful day so although I’m crying now I will go out for a walk. I’m charging my Fitbit and plan to start again counting calories as I need to lose about 20 lbs by June for my ex husbands wedding. My ex has found a beautiful loving person to be with so I guess I wish I could be happy too.
Feeling lonely!

Hi, I'd like to listen if you'd like to talk. I'm pretty easy going and got time , if you are comfortable talking , and/or if you just need to vent. You're also welcome to ask what ever you like. Just feeling the sting of my mental health issues annoying me but not enough to not extend comfort to others.
Thank you so much. I went for a long walk and feel a little better. I’m also planning to do volunteer work at the local hospital so I can work a bit and meet new people. It really hurts to be in a relationship with my friend who is super busy. I guess I just need to try and stay strong and things will be better.
Sometimes it can be as simple as just getting outside and getting exposed to not just the exercise but the UV rays from sunlight adding that vitamin D to your body. I'm glad you're feeling better. Still you have us too so don't hesitate to utilize both. We grow stronger from the bonding.
