How nice of you to think of your friend's family. It's hard on friends, and in some ways, it's even more difficult. I've found when a family member is called home, the surviving family members have a grieving process. They find comfort knowing their loved one is with the Lord and are often surrounded by others making the decisions about the body, service and talk about good memories. When you're a non family, you don't always have the opportunity to have this peace. You're not involved in the final arrangements and don't always have anyone to talk to who knew the person who truly understands your grief. May the peace of the Lord comfort you also.

I pray that his family does not suffer in grief and sadness but rather they live in peace and happiness and know that their loved one is watching over them. Also I pray that our lord father please let this man into your kingdom where he is free from suffering and pain and that he shall live In peace for the rest of eternity. Also I ask for your blessings to send down your Angel's to watch over all who are still suffering and our families, that you may also lay your hand on all of us so that you can lift up this cloud of anxiety and depression and set us free from this misery. We ask of this dear lord in jesus name.
