That's going to be superb. A great way of attracting all manner of wild life. Good weekend to be working on it. Can't wait to see it finished

Useing a old tree stump for waterfall. Ive loads of birds visit my feeders, So this will attract more wild life ! I sit and watch them in the mornings they have no fear of me now so they come very close to me ! nature is the best therapy ! Plus I can sit and watch the fish, very calming !

Sounds great I know what you mean. I sit and have my early morning cuppa in the kitchen with direct view of garden. I have visits by blue tits, they keep looking in bird box I put up last year so may nest this spring. Also have a couple of Robins which come close to window I sit next to and unlike most birds they don't seem bothered by movement but stare in - lovely to watch. The good things in life eh nature, 2 strong cuppa and toast and jam listening to radio.

Good stuff ray ...I’ve got ponds and lots of koi and goldfish...great to sit and watch them ...was sitting there in summer and a frog being chased by a grass snake 🐍 came by my seat ..I though I was on LSD again ....got a Robin nearly feeding from my hand too Nature is so rewarding.

It’s 5ft deep the main one ..got another about 2ft goldfish are far easier to keep though and you don’t have the hassle like koi they eat so much so need lots of cleaning out..I’ve got some nice goldfish...lemon ones ...white ones ...gold + white they breed so quickly...
