I worked so hard just to keep my job. Been 3 years already in my job and still not promoted. Not giving enough trust. Bearing all the pains that weighing me down. Accounting staff but for almost 1 year I feel like Im just a document keeper. My coworker who already promoted, the one who giving me the hard life. My boss was so unfair she didn't even bother to teach me about the things that I should know as a accounting staff. But, when she got pregnant she taught me because it was needed to do.

They hired another Accounting staff.I feel like they going to replace me anytime. I want to cry out loud but maybe later at home. I Know I can do it. But they don't trust me.

That’s really hard. Sounds like you need to stop caring so much because it’s bogging you down. If you feel they don’t trust you maybe it’s time to get that resume together and be confident as you just said you know you can do it. I believe you !! Sometimes the air in the company isn’t one where you breathe well but if you go to another you find it easier to breathe and live and be more yourself. Sometimes you have to decide or be patient. It’s a crap Shute you either choose to hang around see what’s what and be good with it let yourself chill out or you get that resume together and drive to a different company. I so get it. It’s stressful. Only so much you can control so you decide how you want to be.

Sorry to say you have two choices, either you stay or go.

If you have been passed over, are these people better qualified or do you feel it is all down to management, they not feeling you are able to work at a higher level.

Would it be possible for you to have words with your Supervisor, regarding your position in the company, at least then you would find out how they are thinking and what they would expect from you in the future ?.

You need to be comfortable in your own skin and every person has the write to expect they can be considered for promotion depending on how well you are working and achieving on the duties you are performing.

Life is hard, especially if we get passed over.

Remember however it is easier to get a job if you are in a job
