Upping citalopram

I went to my new nurse practitioner for my meds last Saturday and she upped my citalopram from 20mg to 30mg since my anxiety has been through the roof. Since its been upped my anxiety has been a tiny bit better at times but I still feel constantly edgy like I’m waiting for something bad to happen or close to a panic attack. I’m wondering what others experiences with upping citalopram have been and is it normal for it to make anxiety seem worse? Will it get better with tome?

Hi there I used to take citalopram several years ago I found they were generally side effect free except when the dose was altered give it 3 /4 weeks then you will have a better idea of how they may affect you try to stick with them and hopefully you will feel better soon!
