Really struggling today. Getting divorced but still living in the same house. It sucks. I can’t wait for the holidays to be over. Anyone else feel this way?

That is a tough situation. Do you have to stay there for the holiday or can you go to your family?

My kids, age 20 and 19 are home so I don’t want to disappoint them. Holding it together for another 24 hours!

Yeah I’ve been doing the same,I understand what you’re going through it’s hard.Ive also just lost my son to suicide so tonight is tough.xx

OMG!!! that must be very tough on you. SOrry for your loss and these suicides always makes guilty as we start thinking I could have avoided. Hang on and only time can make you feel better.

I’m so sorry. That’s really hard. I definitely can’t wait for the holidays to be over. This has been the worst ever for me. I hope we have better days to look forward to. I hope next year Christmas is much better. Hang in there. We just need to get through a couple more days and it will start to ease up a bit.

Yes. I have been there with my last marriage. It's really hard and it was Christmas time. I also lost my fil who was my "dad" and a best friend in mid December. It's a rough time here in our house. Christmas will never be the same.

I’m going through a similar situation. My wife dropped the ball on me November 1st that she is no longer in love with me!

I moved into a friends house on 12/8 but I am staying at home Christmas Eve and Christmas Day for the 6 and 4 year old.
