Have you any activity you enjoy, have you any family or friends you could talk out your problems and concerns. This time of year can be really problematic for people whith Mental Health Concerns, to talk out your problems can help

Do you need to talk, especially if this concern is dragging you down.
Sometimes to talk out a problem can put things in some sort of peace and understanding. If it is a loss of a Partner it is always best to spit out your feeling and work out the best way forward, also it can also help putting your problem in some form of perspective ?
