I’ve been feeling better and having more days of feeling normalcy, now I just have moments when I feel like I’m just going to black out

Feeling Way Better!
What do you mean black out?
With all due respect to those who posted replies (I'm sure they are just looking out for you) feeling you're "about to pass out" is literally the most commonly described symptom of people with virtually any kind of anxiety.
I've never once lost consciousness, though on at least 500 occasions I'd have bet money that I was about to...
If you've had a recent check-up including blood work and blood pressure and are not prone to seizures then in all likelihood you're just experiencing anxiety type lightheadedness. I always recommend people get a full medical exam before beginning to tackle anxiety as a) it is just a good idea to get checked out medically anyway and b) it gives you a foundation to work from where you can tell yourself "I'm ok, I'll be fine" and you actually know it to be true.
Same here... I get it so many times but nothing ever happens... like you know the feeling cause you had before but in your mind it’s like any second now... I’ve had blood work and I’m not prone to seizures, I figured it might be cause depression makes me tired but anxiety keeps me up
I’m happy for you, anxiety is a hard thing to deal with? I’m in a Dark place right now where I don’t Care. I will be mostly Alone. I usually spend Christmas Eve with my siblings, this year to my surprise their going another way. I just spend Christmas morning with my kids, I use to spend the rest of the day with a now former best friend of over 40yrs , she cross the line and I called her out about it, she didn’t like it. Well anyway hope you keep feeling good 🌲
I agree get checked out. I also agree with the fact that tension causes a lot of mental and physical distress. I personally notice that when I feel like that I have a bad habit of holding my breath while tense 😬 that causes lack of oxygen which makes you feel light headed or faint.
So glad you are feeling better! Every day you feel normal is a blessing!
