Hello...I'm new here and I'm so happy you've gotten some relief. May I ask, did you have to go to the hospital as a referral from a MD/Psych? Did they alter meds or combo of meds and in house counseling? I'm not sure what to do with my own depression. Thank you...I wish you continued happy-mental health.
