How do people deal with exhaustion. Everyday by 12 o’clock I feel like I need 5 naps. This is regardless of the amount of sleep I get the night before. It’s so hard to function at work and very difficult to pay attention at school. Any suggestions? I really need help.

I started trying to work out regularly even if it's a walk around outside. I found that had helped with being tired constantly. Also eating small healthier snacks throughout the day to keep my blood sugar up.
I find that I am less tired if I keep well hydrated by drinking plenty of water. A lunchtime walk in the fresh air always helps too 😊
I wish I were as lucky as you. Most of us depressed we get exhausted because we could not sleep due to pain in the head or we keep crying. Sleep is not bad at all. Sleep as much as you can.
