Quick Check In... Advice?

So...apparently its been a few months since I've been here.

Small updates since:

Apparently I had anxiety this whole time..over a cyst on my nose. Yup. From me hitting it on the microwave so...fun.

But I still have the insomnia sadly. And now feeling like im shut out from people I know. Haha.

And just a few minutes ago I had some sudden chest pains but. Reread a comment, of someone saying they thought theirs was serious but docs told em theyre fine so.

Anyways, I'm just thankful and repeating how its all what my minds making up from me google searching before. Haha.

^^.

Hi clumsyuraraka, yes it's true that our anxiety starts with a negative

thought from our mind, that's why it's best we stay away from Google

since that only adds fuel to the fire. Have you had a doctor address

that cyst? Hope you heal soon. :) xx
