Hi, this is my first post and I’m kind of nervous about this. I’ve had a hard time being completely honest with the people around me, and I’m hoping this site will help me work through that.

Hi Koga, I just downloaded this app and this is my first post also. I went through not being honest with other people but also not being honest with myself. Last week, I was finally honest with myself and then I was honest with my therapist and it was like a huge weight was instantly lifted off of me.

Everyone has some difficulty being honest with others so you may be closer than you think to getting better already.
