I'm thankful for the strangers that have become friends on here. The random people who have replied to me and for all the love I can share on here. For years I felt like suffering alone was my lot in life but I now know I can share my and others burdens.

Unique, special, gifted people. That's something important to recognize here. Thanks! A lot of us who struggle with mental illness *also* have unique gifts -- even genius. It's very common, and something to appreciate and look for and remember when you're going through hard times. Thanks for the positive message, and Happy Thanksgiving!

It's funny, I rewrote that line a few times. So many times I use negative words to describe anxiety and such. I need to stay positive like this to turn my inner voice more positive
