New medication

So I have had anxiety and depression for 2 years now and I have tried 2 different medication that didn’t work. I’m on my third attempt now. However it has only been four weeks but for the first two weeks I was feeling a bit better but now I’m feeling almost worse then ever.

With antidepressants is it a it gets worse before it gets better type thing or is This just not the right meds for me?

hi 6-8 weeks is te average for medications to kick in after that period if things don't improve or get worse then go back to your gp.
