Does anyone else suffer from OCD compulsions? I constantly check the stove jets to make sure they are off and the car doors to make sure they are all locked. It’s starting to become more intense and it forces me to take time from my morning routine just to do it. Any one have any tips that have helped them overcome something like this?

I dont think those are that bad of habits honestly. Possibly everyone can be a bit paranoid about safety. just take deep breaths and prioritize important things first.
