Sorry you are having a hard time. Very true, I hear you. That is why I seem to slip into these “being still” cycles. Because I can’t concentrate...

Maybe some rest, or a walk would help you shake it off?

Depending on what kind of decisions are needing to be made...prob better to let the anxiety pass first. Hope you feel better quickly. 🌸 🍄 🌞
