My house is very organized and tidy and I am all caught up at work. Now I can Focus on myself and my husband when I go home. Also the weather is very warm. And I have my Halloween costume 🎃 and have decorated for fall!!!
For the first time in months I work without the adrenaline rush. And met friends for a pumpkin spice coffee before work.
I've changed my diet, began spending more time outside with my family, and lost 17 lbs in the last 2 months. Haven't been depressed since and I'm not looking back.
