As I sit here waiting for the next pvc my family is out having fun and I feel as I’m losing the battle. No matter what I do they come back. Every day I worry from the minute I wake up to right before I fall asleep

I am attending a program called Recovery International, and there they teach you that those feelings are not dangerous ... what I think they want to teach you is also to control your body and mind. Recovery International are for help and they are usually in every state as well as any therapy for depression.

First Stop Worrying. I used to get palpitations, the Dr. took me off Caffeine and the palpitations stopped. It is nothing to worry about, just the old ticker going a bit fast. Search for help, do not suffer needlessly, life is passing you by. And by the way I am 77. I wish you well, sending peace, love and hugs. Sprinkle 1.......

And that worry , has it helped? If you're going to have hp then you might as well be doing something fun. Once you stop being worried they tend to go away.

As a fellow PVC sufferer, sometimes tens of thousands a day, I'd like to offer some advice. Get out with your family! I wasted way too much time being scared and trying to "take it easy" lest I die. Let me say that after I started going out and doing things and not letting fear hold me back, things got so much better. I still have the PVCs, but when I'm distracted by something I enjoy or fun with my family, I completely stop focusing on my heart and really have a great time. Just try it. Hugs.

I actually find that gaterade stops the p v c’s. With just one drink!

I had constant PVCs years ago. My cardiologist ruled out any issues other than benign PVCs so that helped a little with the fear. He also put me on magnesium 400mgs a day...I use the gycinate form (very absorbable). But the best help was aloe gel caps to soothe the vagus nerve. Irritation of the vagus nerve is often a cause of PVC. It was like a miracle! 2 caps before bed and 2 in AM...just aloe gel caps with no other ingredients. That was 10 years ago and I get the occasional PVC but nothing like before! I understand your fear. Give the aloe a try...and the magnesium. Electrolytes imbalance is a possible cause too.

I would first get the palpitations, then the sweats, the weird out of body feeling of pure terror and the shakey limbs , it would scare the shit out of me every day ,then someone suggested I should cut out the caffeine slowly , plus the energy drinks and it really helped , the caffeine withdrawal was a bit of trial but every day seemed to slow the palps and that had a knock on effect with worrying about them .

Try it , it might not completely stop them but it will definitely help and that will have a positive effect

I’m having the heart palpitations right now. And trouble swallowing because of anxiety. I noticed that the fear based negative thinking caused this and I’m deep breathing feeling alone in it right now, trying to be calm and regain my strength, center myself. Not easy. Hope you are doing alright now. You are not alone.
