What shoud be done if remeron increased level of triglyceride and cholesterol ?

Normal level of triglyceride is up to 150, I have 332

Normal level of LDL cholesterol is up 100, I have 162

Normal level of HDL cholesterol is greater then 40, I have 36.

What is the solution?
