Eat regularly and nutritionally, get exercise daily, enjoy your hobbies, friendships and time with family. explore new hobbies/interests - relish each day as it appears before you! Enjoy every moment!

I love fresh food: salmon, salads, snack on fruits/nuts

Buy some flaxseed oil capsules pref organic and take 2 x 1000mg capsule per day

Take 3 x 1000mg fish oil capsules

And a strong multi vitamin b

Check your iron

Vitamin c is good for stress I buy the American nutrition vitamin c lozenges 500mg

I agree with PNI

Lily also knows her supplements very well.

I would add to do the best you can to change sine of your negative thoughts, seek therapy if you are not in therapy, and consider any meds they may prescribe.

Quality of life is so important. It's up to us how we want to live. It's hard work to change but it can be done. But, you have to be in it for the long haul.

Hello dbeck128 ,

It is so great that you are looking to make positive changes in your life. I have to say that the best change that I have made in my life has been to pray to accept Christ into my heart. This has provided me with many positive changes, to include: joy, peace, patience, kindness, gentleness, faithfulness, and self-control.

I would also suggest joining a Christian church, reading the Bible daily (I would start with the books of John, Romans, and Psalms), and praying. Please know that I will be praying for you.
