today has not been the best i guess you could say i had a lot of anxitey and it got pretty bad to the point were i couldnt even do little simple things

My anxiety has been getting in the way of doing simple things to. Try to take a few mins and do some deep breathing. My mom is a social worker and she recommended this book "The anxiety and phobia workbook" I bought it well over a year ago and I just opened it for the first time but I would recommend it.

Yes, anxiety is like that. It can bring your whole world to a halt...make you helpless and useless. Are you being treated for anxiety? Go to counseling? If so, there's hope in your future. If not, why not? Anxiety is a monster that has to be fought with the right tools. With the right tools you can shake it and feel free of it. It no longer rules my life and I'm so glad for that! I want that for you, too! ☺️👍

Hi there...it's amazing what anxiety can do to us.....when you feel it coming on do breathing slowly...counting to 5 in through your nose then count to 5 again and out through your mouth....very helpful to help calm you....I hope this is of some help...
