Still looking for this to end

I gave up my business recently due to stress. I still am stressed. Every time something about my business or business partner reaches my attention I get stressed. When will this be over? I just want to be myself again. I just want to move on with life. Anxiety is just the worst. Well I don’t know depression is bad too. I’ve had both. What to do?

I wish I had answers. Anxiety and stress are tricky. I am navigating through these feelings linked to illness and it can get easier. We have to keep up hope. ❤️
