Irritated

I am so overly irritated and frustrated. I can’t relax or calm down. I go from normal to super pissed instantly and over nothing. I don’t get it.

I don’t know. I just want to scream. My whole body is tense and my stomach and chest hurt.

I have ‘irrational irritability’ moods. I name it. I call it out loud so no one gets hurt. I talk to it and tell it that it can’t stay. You’re human.

I was diagnosed with bipolar 2. I just can’t seem to control it at all.

Okay but people and life are annoying too. I’m not trying to talk you out of your responsibility but have you watched them? Irritating.

I find being proactive with good rest, food, gentle exercise, quiet time helps me. I have to stick with this daily or it can overtake me.
