So following up on previous post. Today I’ve decided to continue with my routine. My day was so full and busy, did not have time to think about last nights issues. I know they are still there and me ignoring them isn’t really helping the bigger picture. But I really don’t know if another way of dealing with the depression other than counseling or medication.
😞 do not want to go back on medication, nor want counseling to reflect consistently on my medical chart.
I hope everyone else is having a Good Friday and start of a restful weekend 😉
