Are there any "positive/uplifting" songs you listen to? You are surrounding yourself with negativity, and I am thinking that it would be good for you to find some balance in your music, and maybe other things in your day. Just a thought.

I agree. If I could do it again I would have listen to more uplifting music. Its just that words/tunes from music stay in your mind for a long time. Sad songs tend to put you down even when there is no reason for it. I would recommend maybe the christian radio station KLOVE. Wishing you the best.

Thanks. But I don't really like Christian music. It's kinda, I don't know how to put it. I'll try to listen to more uplifting music.

No worries. But yeah any uplifting music will be beneficial. Hope you are doing well.

Umm, not really because I prefer to listen to songs that I can relate to. Otherwise, I listen to Lady Gaga, and "Rise Up" by Andra Day.

Honesty, I've never even heard a whisper on the streets of those songs.

Maybe this is kind of an odd choice, but I find "Light of the World ( the Behold version)" by Lauren Daigle describes my sad mood at times. Hard to say why. It's not just the lyrics (some of which are sad and others have a hopeful note) it's the music (piano and other instruments). It starts and ends with no other instrument but a piano.

Oh cool.

There’s so much music out there that people are into that I just don’t know. The only song you mentioned that I know is If I Die Young by The Band Perry. I’m really in an awful mood right now, and a song that resonates with me is I’m Way Too Good at Goodbye by Sam Smith.
