It’s been back. But one thing that really helped was visualizing a life preserver thrown into the water. It can be God, friends, family, my doctor....I visualize swimming towards the life preserver, and I feel better.

That is great. I will use the same creative visualization along with you Kay. I picture it helping me connect with those I need right now.
