Hey so just wanted to put out some info about how the amygdala and the connection to panic/avoidance in the brain how panic disorder is developed, because I know there’s some out who are wondering what the hell is going. The amygdala is pretty much the gateway in overcoming panic disorder/panic attacks. It can be done, obviously easier said than done. But this article explains it in detail, because I’m sure some of you are wondering why you’ve become more anxious, what’s actually going on up in your head, how this happened etc. trust me you’re not going crazy!
