Prison in waves

I’m glad I’m not in prison. Thanks for that. I’ve been watching a show about it. I am in prison in my head. I can’t stop the sensations rushing through me the terrible feelings and thoughts and no you can’t always control your thoughts and you cant always let go and can not always understand what is happening ...I decide now to just go ahead and be with these sensations these thoughts. To just let the pain be as one with me. No struggle I’m going for. What else can I do until the waves change?

Nothing, they say when you fight your thoughts that's when the anxiety is WORSE. You have to let it run its course as difficult as it feels.
