If you having one of those days.....its okay......its okay. Don't beat yourself up, don't fall into despair and remember these days come and go. Everyone might not understand what we deal with everyday when it comes to anxiety...….and that's okay too. There is no pressure, take your time, enjoy what you like and don't think its wrong to feel happy when you are used to feeling sad. You are bigger than whatever you are facing.

I got sad for no reason last night. Had to drive back to my workspace to get something I forgot, and this feeling came over me that everything is wrong: I don't like my job situation and thus my life. Then this morning the weather was overcast, and again it threw me and made me sad.
At this point I just feel so guilty and discouraged that I am so sensitive and can become sad for no reason, or for silly reasons. I feel like I owe it to my husband, and everyone else in my life, to be happy, but I just can't seem to :/ I can't just be happy.
Its not easy...and it hurts. I ask you what's keeping you from happiness? The aspects of everyday life can have more of an impact of us then feeling the love from our children and spouses. Focus on one thing at a time and remember not to get downhearted by the things you cant control. I know you say you owe it to your husband and others to be happy...but more importantly you owe it to yourself. Smile...its okay to be happy...think of everything you have to be happy for and compared to the things that make you unhappy. Iam sure its no match
I love this post. It's nice that we have this site to express our issues and concerns, but sometimes inspirational posts like this one make us feel good. Thanks Jrick <3
